PARTNERSHIP EXPECTATIONS

  • CBF will strive to provide your clients with one week’s worth of gently used clothing, undergarments, socks, and shoes (when available) in a timely manner.

  • CBF can provide clothing for your clients twice a year (approximately every six months): once with summer clothing and once with winter clothing.

  • CBF expects approved partners to complete all necessary checks on their clients’ eligibility or status before submitting clothing requests.

  • If a request is urgent (for example, a client has lost everything in a fire or disaster, or has had to flee a situation and leave belongings behind), CBF will make every effort to provide clothing as quickly as possible. Please note that specific sizes may not always be available.

  • If an approved partner marks a request as urgent, the partner must pick up the clothing within 2 days of being notified that it is ready. Failure to pick up urgent requests in a timely manner may result in removal from our partner list.

  • Non‑urgent requests should be picked up within 5 days of notification.

  • CBF cannot deliver requests except with prior agreement.
